Thursday 6.11.13
Today we had to walk down in the rain, it was horrible normally I like rain but not when you have to walk in it all the way to the collage and back. But when we did get there we did get enough time we riveted a compartment and made a new one but I guess that's all, they have now extended the days we go down we now go down every Thursday and every 2nd Friday so tomorrow we will get a bit more done.

 PMI
P: We got quite a lot of work done
M: We had to walk down in the rain
I: We made the compartments but they were both to big so we made them into corner compartments

Today when Sam and I worked on our Medicine Box we had gone ahead of everyone and had completed all our measurements and we had cut the galvanized steel and then we were up to folding once the folding was finished we were introduced to a new tool witch folded the big bit of the Box once we had used the tool we were a bit surprised on how it turned out it was VERY big and the measurements were completely wrong.

PMI

P: We had finished the Box with time to spare
M: I't wasn't exactly how we wanted it to turn out.
I: Our mock up was the write size but the box wasn't

Today at Impact we had started on our real measurements and I had just completed it!! =)

Impact is groups of children set to their inclinations, they get projects to complete of their choice. There are 8 groups set to what my classmates want to be when there older. My project as such is a Medicine Organiser, I have been going down to the collage to work on it so far we have done the handles out of wood, but at the moment we are working on trays made out of metal. The teacher Mr Chivers works at Haraki Plains Collage as metalwork teacher as well as teaching high school students he teaches us to he gives us tips and some general knowlage I have learnt alot. Cant wait to our project is finshed. :)

  1. Sounds like you are doing a lot of problem solving in creating the medicine organiser.
